#Project14Lists: 4 Reasons to Get Shealea to 4K Followers

Whaddup, guys, gals, and enby pals! How are your holidays going so far? Have you fallen into that post-Christmas, pre-New Year vortex of weirdness where you’re not sure if you’re still on holiday? Because I have. And I have fallen hard. It is literally a struggle to get up and take a shower, you know? I just want to spend the last week of the year cuddled up in bed with my cat, reading.

(Or maybe I’m just conserving energy needed for the New Year’s Eve festivities…?)

But! I made a commitment to Shealea’s #Project14Lists (read more about it here), and I stick to my commitments where Shealea’s concerned! And speaking of Shealea, today’s list is dedicated to her! It’s a part of my Christmas present (the rest will come when her, Cara, and I are all back in Manila, lol) as well as a blogging anniversary gift!

#Project14Lists: Favorite TV Shows I Binge-Watch (While Writing!)

Season’s greetings guys, gals, and enby pals! Whatever holiday you celebrate, I hope you had a good one. And if you don’t celebrate any – well, I hope y’all had a wonderful, stress-free day.

As per yoosh, today’s post will be another entry in Shealea’s #Project14Lists. To know more about #Project14Lists, check out Shealea’s intro post here.

Project-post-Project14Lists

This one will be all about my favorite TV shows to binge-watch while writing. I play TV shows in the background while writing my blog posts, and while working, studying, or writing, instead of listening to music or a podcast. Just in case this method of stimulating your brain juices works for you as well, here’s what I like playing in the background when I’m at my laptop!

#Project14Lists: 5 Least Liked Books of 2018

Hallelu, guys, gals, and nonbinary pals! I’m back with my second entry for #Project14Lists, a blogging collaborations started by Shealea of That Bookshelf Bitch to celebrate her third anniversary. To know more about Shealea and her journey in the book blogging world, as well as #Project14Lists, you can check out her introductory post here, or the rest of her blog here.

This list is a little bit late, because I promised this would go live yesterday (blame Gail Villanueva and her propensity for turning lunch dates into lunch-until-dinner dates, lol) but I hope you enjoy my list anyway, which today will be about my least liked reads of the year.

Project-post-Project14Lists

I will be doing a wrap-up post of my 5-star reads for the year soon (mostly towards the tail-end of December so I can close the year on a positive note) but I think it’s also important to talk about the books that I didn’t like. After all, as book bloggers, we have the responsibility and the right to talk about both books we immensely disliked (as long as we remain courteous and don’t tag the authors, of course!). That is, after all, why we have this platform.

Without further ado, here are my least liked books of 2018!

[Mini Review] #Romanceclass Recent Releases: How She Likes It and Mango Summer

Now just because I was on a blogging hiatus didn’t mean my reading had come to a complete standstill! I read a ton of books over said hiatus that I can’t wait to review – including recent #romanceclass releases, How She Likes It by Carla de Guzman and Mango Summer by Agay Llanera, both of which were launched at the last #romanceclass event, Feels Fest 2018 (read my recap here!).

After hearing the summaries of both books, I just knew I had to have them. (Also, y’all know I am a certified first-class #romanceclass ho.) Female CEO and her single father assistant? Magic mangoes on a farm in Zambales? Um, yes? I was lucky enough to get an ARC of of How She Likes It, and managed to get Mango Summer at its intro price just shortly before it was released on Amazon.

Read on the find out what I thought of these two recent #romanceclass releases!
